On 29 Oct, members of the IPMS Robert L. Scott Chapter took a road trip to the National Infantry Museum located just outside Fort Benning at Columbus, GA. They met at the church and departed at around 0730 to make the 1 & 1/2 hour trip to Columbus. They arrived around 0900 just when the museum opened. By all accounts, the museum is outstanding. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and even stopped at the local Hobbytown USA on their way back. Everyone had fun and even suggested a return trip in the future for those who couldn't make it this time. The following photos are courtesy of Bob Leavitt.
